DIRECTOR (Mary Ellen):
- Barb would like to know what style of lettering you would like on the signs that Z's Favorite carries across the stage. Barb will then coordinate with Tamar so that the signs compliment Z's Favorite costumes.
- Dylan would like to know if you want lighting in the house (the house on the batten, not the audience area).
- Tamar would like to know if we are going to the glow-in-the-dark sequence, and if so, do you want the glow-in-the-dark fence pieces that are in the script?
- Will June 23rd a free day on the Main Stage?
- Will there be rehearsal on June 24th?
- What about using the rain curtain for the vaudeville number?
- Due to the Gala, we will be in the rehearsal stage next week.
MUSICAL DIRECTORS (Lannie and JB):
- We missed you! But at least there were less flies in the Green Room that way. (Snap! That was for Lannie because he enjoys a good burn.)
- Due to the Gala, we will be in the rehearsal stage next week.
CHOREOGRAPHERS (Danny and Rocker):
- Were unable to attend because they were stuck in traffic.
- Due to the Gala, we will be in the rehearsal stage next week.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/SETS (Ron):
- Ron: Please send out a call for crew volunteers. Dylan mentioned that he will need a spotlight operator.
- Sets is in great shape.
- Ron showed Dylan the set on the rehearsal stage.
- Rich wonders if we can project on 9 as well for the vaudeville number.
- There shall be no cyc splitting, so sayeth the Ron.
- The drum is built and available for rehearsal use. Please test it on the floor first before putting Adam or Sam 6 feet up in the air on it. It is located in the rehearsal stage space.
- The rocket frame is ready and in the rehearsal stage space. Jennifer needs to practice rolling across the floor on it. The wheels can be reconfigured in any way that we need.
- Light boxes are built.
- The piano will be on wheels and ready to use on Saturday.
- The horse is sketched out, but the kids need to be measured before the horse is built. Ron will be at a rehearsal on Saturday to measure the kids.
- Ron will hang the battens on Monday so that Barb can start painting. They won't be on the correct batten numbers because of the Gala, but they will be hung on the correct battens later.
- Ron will give a reference point for Rich to shoot on Monday.
- Please tape out at least the corners of the front stairs so that Dylan can start focusing lights.
- Make contact with "your guy" for cheap tape for Tamar. (Handy tip: Use a burner phone.)
SCENIC ARTIST (Barb):
- Barb and Tamar talked about how to construct the amethyst.
- Barb will do the lettering on the signs and will coordinate with Tamar as to colors, etc.
- Ron will hang the battens on Monday so that Barb can start painting. They won't be on the correct batten numbers because of the Gala, but they will be hung on the correct battens later.
- Barb had some cool illustrations of how the horse, rocket, and house would look.
- June 23rd may be a completely open day on the Main Stage.
- Barb: Would you mind emailing me your house, rocket, and horse illustrations when you get a chance?

- Tamar might use tape to spell out "JUST MARRIED" on the suitcases. Apparently, Ron has a shady secret life and "knows a guy" who will sell him tape for cheap.

- Tamar is unsure how long Will's rope needs to be.

- Will is dressed "primarily" in reds, yellows, and blues. (LOL!)
