DIRECTOR:
We need to make sure that the Gala doesn't overlap with main stage productions in the future.

The weekend of July 19th, Curt will be gone, leaving only Jared as a bass.
Lannie and JB are playing the Gala.
JB and Lannie will take care of the monitors.
CHOREOGRAPHERS:
Mary Ellen must have a dance schedule by Friday the 7th.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR:
Millie closes on the 16th, the Gala performance is on the 21st & 22nd but load-in is on the 17th, WRF loads in the 23rd of June.
Mary Ellen needs the Gala to share actors with WRF.
SETS:
One cyc can be on batton 9; the other is on 5. The house, the bunting, and the ? have to be on battons.
Mary Ellen says that the projections needs to be otherworldly and pale, portraying the emotions evoked.
Mary Ellen would like Rich to find video of Will Rogers doing some rope tricks/work.
SCENIC ARTIST:
Mary Ellen, Ron, and Barb are meeting for lunch tomorrow at the Palace at 11:30am.

Mary Ellen wants to make sure that Barb can do drops and painting during the week the Gala is in the Main stage.
We will need a giant amethyst for "Presents for Mrs. Rogers".

Mary Ellen is worried about dresses catching on edges of platforms. Could the edges be sanded? Ron says we will do whatever is necessary to keep costumes from tearing.
Mary Ellen is going to ask for help sewing Saturday and next week evenings.

How many cast members will be mic'd? Ron says we have 20 mics.
LIGHTING:
Mary Ellen wants to put side lights in the body of the theatre, where the gold stuff is.

There are 8" tall light boxes on the facing of each step with LED strips inside.

Rich needs photos for the poster by next week. Mary Ellen likes the show girls constrasted with the down home countryness of Will Rogers. Mary Ellen has a black and white photo of Cliff with no beard. Mary Ellen wants the poster by the 17th of June. Mary Ellen likes the idea of the name of the show spelled out in rope. Rich needs Cliff in costume for a photo shoot on ... Rich will coordinate with Elaine as to a date and get back to Mary Ellen on tomorrow as to a photo shoot. If we don't have an email from Rich by 5:00pm on Friday, email Mary Ellen. Rich would like some show girls in costumes for the photo shoot. Ron will have the cycs hung so that Rich can take pictures for the photo shoot
