Run the show

CAST:

• If you are assigned a mic, please make sure you are wearing it!
• If you have a problem and cannot get your mic back on -- after a costume change, for example -- please let Jayson know so that he can tell Rodd.  Otherwise, your live mic might be sitting somewhere noisy (ex. dressing room) and starting picking up conversations and background noise.  
• REALLY IMPORTANT!!!  During the entire 10 minutes of "Will-A-Mania", your mic is live.  So if there is a part where you are not singing, please remain silent and refrain from conversation as that can be heard over the speakers.
• Show Girls, Z's Favorite, and Men's Chorus: Please have a quick conversation with the person you're paired with in "Presents for Mrs. Rogers" to work out who is doing what when Show Girl costumes are taken off.  See if you can figure out a way to make that run more efficiently and smoothly.

• Jayson: Can you get Sheree and Carl out on stage and have them stand in their places for the final "W"?  Carl would a small spike mark to remind him where to stand.  (Sheree stands behind him and can help you figure out placement.)

ACCIDENTS/INJURIES:
Kit Usage:

Grace hurt her wrist when she fell during rehearsal.  An accident report was filled out.  Feel better, Grace!

COSTUMES/MAKEUP:

Backstage crew reports that Jen is having a hard time getting into her outfit with the white feathered bustier quickly.  Is there a way to make it easier to get into quickly?

PROPS:

• We need some more cigars.
• US ARMY crates need to be painted.

LIGHTING:

SET:

• Tower needs to be masked.
• Batten 3 is hitting the moon swing.
• Cody reports that batten two is getting stuck on something and won't descend.
• The horse's leg broke.  The broken piece is on your chair in your office.
• Rich reports that the projector is turning itself on and off.
• We need more mic tape.

Fades on funeral and slides need to be fixed.
