CAST:
- Make sure you are in place when you are supposed to sing backstage!
- I seem to never be around for quotes, so I'm adding "Shout Outs" at the bottom of the report. If you have something great you'd like to say about someone or something that deserves recognition, email me, and I will include it in the report. (That is emailed to kids. Just sayin'.)
- Adam. You know what you did. *stink eye*
- As you may have noticed, Dylan gave you some blue lights for the end of show before the curtain call so that you can see a little better.
- Jen: When you enter SL with a postcard for Betty on page 32 ("I've been asked to deliver a postcard to Miss Betty Blake..."), you must enter, cross, and stop at the edge of the bottom step as the area right in front of the red side curtain is dark, and we can't see the loveliness that is you!

CREW:
- As always, amazing.
- Fly Rail guys: I will write an extra cue into our "lowering" cues that we do with Will and Clem. The first cue will be to swing the actor out and stabilize him, and the second will be to lower him.
- Ruth: Can you find a few minutes to explain to the kids who were not here tonight about the spacing in front of the Wild West banners after coming out of the trunk? It's different than from Friday night.
ACCIDENTS/INJURIES:
Kit Usage: Bandage & Neosporin
Jill had a bit of a stumble on the back stairs and got a Will-Rogers-Follies-stairs badge of honor. A bandage and Neosporin were applied.

COSTUMES/MAKEUP:
- The Indian skirt that Carly wears in the Sunrise section of "Will-A-Mania" needs attention.
- One of the sunrise fans has a loose red feather boa.
PROPS:
LIGHTING:
- I'm confused about cues 60.65 and 66.75 on pages 71 and 72. Even after running them multiple times and saying the lines out loud as I did so, I don't understand what they do.
- We need to get rid of cue 17.9. It's a projection cue that Rich and I combined with 18, so we don't need it anymore.
- There needs to be projection out cue between 56.5 and 56.7. Right now, they're both tied into 56.7, and it's obvious that's not right.
- Do you want house lights up during curtain call or after?
- I did you proud tonight!
PROJECTIONS:
I will email you with the new cue number for "house out" (page 67).
SET:
- The moon swing was not used tonight. Please confirm with Mary Ellen as to what she'd like to do with the moon swing. When Christine sat in it tonight, the top of the cut out of the moon hit her about mid-forehead as Christine is taller than Patty.
- The Fly Rail guys report that a board is needed on the fly rail floor since the Bettys wear high heels while walking along it. I think they took a board up there, but it may need to be fixed to the floor so it doesn't move?

SHOUT OUTS:
- A lady in the lobby stopped me during intermission and told me that she saw Pat Boone in "The Will Rogers Follies" in Branson, MO, at The Will Rogers Theatre. She thinks, however, that Cliff is doing a much better job in the role. She also told me that Mary Ellen had promised to introduce her to Cliff, and she was very excited. Future president of the Cliff Butler Fan Club, perhaps?
- Jenn Tucker can produce some impressive hiccups! Thank you, Jenn, for saving them for tonight and not opening!
- I would like to recognize Jayson for always being ready to help, saving me a Diet Dr. Pepper, walking me to my car, and just generally having my back!
